I've included this project not because it was large or because it had a wide audience -- it didn't. It was an internal project designed to help modernize our organization's software development lifecycle. UX was not a role before I joined the organization, and how we worked together -- our processes, deliverables, and tools -- had not been updated for years. The purpose of this project was to work across all roles to help us understand one another, adjust to new roles and practices, and create resources to facilitate ongoing improvement to what was (honestly) a waterfall-esque model of software development.
